Daily "Feel-Good" plan for personal goals & mental wellness: what's yours?

Life is changing all the time. Life is different now. There is a lot of fear. Fear about all the changes. Fear about losing jobs. Fear about paying bills. That’s why it’s so important to have a plan that keeps you grounded, happy and focused. Make a daily wellness plan.

There are a lot of things we don’t have control over. Life changes, relationships, losing a job, getting sick or hurt. This is an “uncontrollable” factor. There are things you can control which a “controllable” factor. For one thing that’s uncontrollable, you need to do 3 things that give you more control. Write down 3 things you can do to have more control.

Example:

Uncontrollable problem: less hours at work, layoff or less staff to help. Think of 3 ways you can have more control over work issues.

Solution: It could be bringing in more money by working part-time at another place, independent work like Instacart or online assistant or lower your bills

Solution: Write down your income and expenses. Get rid of bills or put bills on hold for things that are “wants” not needs

Solution: Network and ask for people online and offline if they need help with daily chores or know someone else that does

Review your list often so when you’re stressed or frustrated, you will remember exactly what to do without thinking about it. Do this for every uncontrollable problem. This will give you more power, control and make you more positive about the situation.
